Home Delivery

Home delivery allows you to order from us online and at your own pace.  Orders will be processed and packed at our shop and delivered by our team in the most efficient way available to us.

We offer free delivery for orders over £20 within 5 miles of the shop.  Home delivery is £3.50 for all other orders and locations.

This service initially will be offered to selected areas surrounding Bridport.  If your workplace is within these areas, you will be eligible for delivery to your workplace.

All packaging returned to us is filed under your name in anticipation of your next refill order.  This way, we can avoid any cross-contamination and be assured that we uphold the highest food safety standards.

…Very careful thought went into deciding the logistics of this and we have come to the decision that this will be the most low impact method, with no need for further unnecessary packaging… whilst retaining a completely circular economy between ourselves and our customers.

We hope that you agree 🙂 !

If you’d like to clarify any of this will us please do drop us an email on wnwnbridport@protonmail.co.uk – we are always happy to help find the right solution for all of us.

…but what about packaging?

We are pleased to have many customers showing keen and critical interest into how the packaging will work.

We pack your products in sturdy personalised recycled paper bags, fastened with paper tape.  These can be left for us to collect with your next delivery and be reused for your future orders.  We find this to be the most sustainable method going forward, whilst still supporting a circular relationship between ourselves and our customers.

Paper bags won’t hold liquids…

WE do our best to source preowned bottles to reuse for your orders, but to guarantee that you have your liquid refills delivered, we ask that you lend us your own bottles, clearly labeled with your surname and postcode, prior to ordering.      Only suitable LEAKPROOF, CLEAN and SANITISED containers will be accepted to refill.

Providing your own bottles* for liquids, will reduce the unnecessary production of further packaging and will allow for you to retain your own bottles*, exclusively for your orders. You can exchange any liquid orders, with your 2nd set of empty and clearly labelled containers*.

Supporting you through COVID

We will endeavour to keep services running instore and via online orders, as we all sit out Coronavirus, in self isolation or through assisting those who need more support through the coming months.

The shop may be open under changeable/reduced hours over the coming months, in order to allow for the inevitable increase in online orders for store collection or home delivery.

Over the coming weeks, our plans will be released for how we will manage the increase in home deliveries and in the meantime request that anyone in surrounding communities that is able to volunteer to help those in self isolation by collecting orders from us and other local services in Bridport.

Online orders must reach the minimum £10 to be eligible for home delivery.  This is to ensure that our operations can remain as efficient and effective as possible.    In addition, please bear with us while the website is updated with our current product range.  If we no longer or are out of stock of any product, we may contact you with an alternative option and otherwise refund you the outstanding amount.  Orders for home delivery must be placed two working days before hand.

Deliveries may not run to our usual schedule, so please leave a contact number in the delivery notes section so that we can confirm with you when you should expect to receive your order.  Thank you for bearing with us on this.

Upon visiting the shop, we ask that all customers, friends and delivery drivers please use the hand washing facilities upon entrance.  Avoid touching face, politely stand outside should you need to cough or sneeze and otherwise appropriatly use a handkerchief or elbow to cover your nose and mouth.  These are all measures that we should taking in any public place to prevent the potential spread of the virus.
